This was the beach near our hotel, Spiaggia Rena Bianca. It was Ferragosto, an Italian national holiday, while we were there. Because of that, it was quite crowded, but it was still nice to have such a great beach within walking distance.
Where else are you going to get a local Sardinian beer?

The convenience store here put ours to shame. They had a giant selection of local cured meats, cheeses, pastries, and even had vats of wine they were making.

We spent the day at the beach during our second day in Sardinia. We did discover a local Liqueur called Mirto. It smelled like herbs and spices, and was quite sweet. It was really good!
Apparently, we just missed this amazing thing.

Our second dinner in Sardinia, we accidentally ordered a platter of raw seafood. We finished it! Not our new favorite though.
